Julian Medina completed 19 of 26 passes for 287 yards and three touchdowns as Norco outlasted Orange Vista 28-24 on Friday in a nonleague game played at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.
Norco improved to 3-0, matching its win total from each of the previous two seasons. It is the program’s first 3-0 start since 2021.
Blake Wong caught eight passes for 152 yards and two touchdowns, and Lee White ran for 152 yards and a touchdown for Norco.
Khalil Abdul-Aziz , completing 19 of 29 passes for 323 yards and four touchdowns for Orange Vista. Traycee Washington caught two touchdowns passes, and Tristan Cooper had four catches for 122 yards and a touchdown for the Coyotes (0-3).
OTHER FRIDAY GAMES
Webb 50, Hamilton 14: Mikey Pino completed 29 of 48 passes for 501 yards and seven touchdowns to lead the Gauls to a nonleague win. Alec Kaushal caught 14 passes for 248 yards and four touchdowns for Webb (2-0).
Great Oak 28, San Pedro 27: Trent Lux passed for 247 yards and two touchdowns as the Wolfpack rallied for a nonleague win. Ryder Smith ran for 111 yards and two touchdowns, and Ryder Parks caught five passes for 108 yards for Great Oak (2-1).
Notre Dame 24, Temecula Prep 20: Joshua Gonzalez ran for 206 yards on 22 carries and scored three touchdowns as the Titans (1-2) won a nonleague game. Notre Dame snapped a 24-game losing skid with the victory.
Rim of the World 55, Perris 21: Tatum Ortiz ran for 277 yards on 22 carries and scored five touchdowns as the Fighting Scots (2-0) won a nonleague game. Xavier Cruz threw three touchdowns passes and added 104 yards and a touchdown on the ground to lead Perris (1-2).
Banning 32, Whittier Christian 13: Jacob Anzaldua completed 22 of 31 passes for 317 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Broncos to a nonleague win. Kamari Horsman caught nine passes for 137 yards and a touchdown, and Jmari Garlington had six catches for 100 yards and a touchdown for Banning (2-1).
Yucaipa 45, Shadow Hills 20: Deace Turner ran for 115 yards and two touchdowns and also tossed a touchdown pass as the Thunderbirds (1-2) won a nonleague game. Joseph Juarez had a pair of touchdown runs for Yucaipa (1-2).
Pacific 65, Marshall 13: Ryan Cooper passed for 396 yards and six touchdowns as the Pirates (3-0) won a nonleague game. Pacific’s 3-0 start comes one year after the varsity program’s season was cancelled.
San Clemente 35, Chaparral 34: Dane Weber passed for 317 yards and five touchdowns, but the Pumas came up short in a nonleague game. Eli Woodaard caught seven passes for 128 yards and four touchdowns, and Trevor Schnider ran for 133 yards for Chaparral (0-2).
King 35, North 13: Colton Zeen ran for 150 yards and two touchdowns and also tossed a touchdown passes as the Wolves (2-1) won a nonleague game.
Ontario 49, Jurupa Valley 10: CJ Dorsey ran for 112 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Jaguars to victory. Samuel Abajuo ran for a touchdown and returned an interception for another score for Ontario (2-1).
San Jacinto Valley Academy 48, Duarte 14: Brayden Hutchinson tossed four touchdown passes to lead the Wolves to a nonleague win. Jonathan Foreman III caught two of the those touchdowns for SJVA (2-1).
Roosevelt 49, Ontario Christian 7: Nathan Ramirez caught seven passes for 126 yards and three touchdowns as the Mustangs (1-2) won a nonleague game.
Vista del Lago 35, Adelanto 0: EJ Mayhand-Souvenier and Adrian Bravo Rodriguez combined to rush for 145 yards and five touchdowns as the Ravens (3-0) won a nonleague game.

Calvary Baptist 54, Vista Meridian 6: Wyatt Brooks scored four touchdowns as the Cougars won a nonleague game. Burks scored twice on runs, caught a touchdown pass and returned a kickoff for a touchdown. Devin DeBuono threw three touchdown passes for Calvary Baptist (2-0).
Canyon Springs 70, Workman 0: Angel Robles threw four touchdown passes to lead the Cougars (3-0) to a nonleague win.
Chaffey 41, Heritage 6: Justin Alcantara ran for 149 yards and two touchdowns as the Tigers cruised to a nonleague win. Andrew Rodriguez added 106 yards and two scores on the ground for Chaffey (1-2).
Colton 48, Arrowhead Christian 7: Koa Regalado threw for 227 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Yellowjackets. Kalvin Leon caught six passes for 197 yards and three touchdowns, and Isaiah Garcia added 102 yards and a touchdown on the ground for Colton (2-1).
Hemet 46, Carter 11: Drew Neal ran for three touchdowns as the Bulldogs won a nonleague game. Robert Carrillo threw a pair of touchdown passes for Hemet (1-2).
Montclair 26, Glendale 6: Damien Pacheco tossed a touchdown pass and ran in another score to lead the Cavaliers (2-1) to a nonleague win.
Rialto 43, Indio 12: Alexander Quezada and Noah Valdez each scored two touchdowns as the Knights (3-0) won a nonleague game.
