Updates since last week’s list:
Mongolian Grill at The Mall of Victor Valley, 14400 Bear Valley Road, Suite 759, Victorville, which was ordered closed Oct. 22 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen Oct. 23.
La Michoacana at 15035 Merrill Ave., Fontana, which was ordered closed Oct. 22 for operating without a valid health permit, was allowed to reopen Oct. 24.
