FRIDAY’S TOP GAMES
BASELINE LEAGUE
Damien (7-1, 2-1) at Chino Hills (6-2, 3-0), 7 p.m.
IE Varsity info: Damien has won two straight games, including a 35-14 victory over Upland last week. Isaiah Arriaza passed for 216 yards, while Travon Garrison Jr. caught six passes for 167 yards and two touchdowns. Malachi McFarland led the ground attack for the Spartans with 69 yards and two scores. Defensive lineman Declan Becher leads the defense with 56 tackles and 10 1/2 sacks. Chino Hills has won three straight, including a 33-19 victory at Etiwanda last week. Jacob Jimenez led the way for the Huskies, rushing for 97 yards and three touchdowns. Alex Medyn passed for 132 yards and added 88 yards on the ground. Linebacker Noah Curtin leads the defense with 73 tackles.

BIG WEST CONFERENCE-SOUTH DIVISION
King (6-2, 3-0) at Murrieta Mesa (5-3, 3-0), 7 p.m.
IE Varsity info: The winner takes sole possession of first place and also controls their destiny for the league title. King has won three straight games, including a 47-39 victory at Temecula Valley last week. The Wolves racked up 536 yards on the ground in that win. Ben Major led the way with 250 yards and two scores. Colton Zeen ran for 109 yards and three scores, while RJ Aguilar added 174 yards and a touchdown. Defensive lineman Mark Cadena led the defense with three sacks. Murrieta Mesa is the league’s defending champ and also brings a three-game win streak into Friday’s showdown. Daniel Ritchie leads the ground attack for the Rams with 715 yards and 10 touchdowns. Chris Flores leads the defense with 69 tackles, and defensive lineman Noah Jenkins has a team-high 7 1/2 sacks.

SAN ANDREAS LEAGUE
Rim of the World (8-0, 1-0) at Colton (3-5, 0-1), 7 p.m.
IE Varsity info: Rim of the World opened league play last week with a 35-7 victory over San Gorgonio. The Fighting Scots are among a small handful of teams in the Inland area with an unblemished record. Tatum Ortiz has been the workhorse on offense with 1,465 yards and 21 touchdown on the ground. Ortiz missed last week’s game, but Luis Barrios stepped in and ran for 257 yards and three scores. Colton will look to end a three-game skid Friday night. Koa Regalado has passed for 1,826 yards and 25 touchdowns and added 313 yards on the ground. Kalvin Leon has caught 13 touchdown passes for the Yellowjackets.

SKYLINE LEAGUE
Rialto (7-1, 3-0) at Carter (4-4, 2-1), 7 p.m.
IE Varsity info: Rialto has won three straight games, including a 33-30 victory over Bloomington last week. Rialto’s offense features a balanced rushing attack, with four players (Geonie Seeney, Isaiah Wilson, Noah Valdez and Markell Carroll) having gained gained at least 400 yards. Defensive end Angel Rivas leads the Knights on defense with five sacks. Carter looks to bounce back from a 35-0 loss to Fontana last week. Raymond Rubio has tossed seven touchdown passes, and Drelon Allen has ran for six touchdowns for the Lions. Cornerback Rahshun Turner leads the defense with four interceptions.

SUN VALLEY LEAGUE
Cathedral City (4-4, 1-0) at Banning (6-2, 1-0), 7 p.m.
IE Varsity info: The winner grabs sole possession of first place and will have the inside track for the league championship. Banning opened defense of its title last week with a 28-27 victory over Desert Hot Springs. Jacob Anzaldua has passed for 2,695 yards and 29 touchdowns, and Jmari Garlington has caught 59 passes for 1,236 yards and 14 touchdowns. Defensive back Tyler Pullen has intercepted four passes for the Broncos. Cathedral City has won three straight games, including a 20-14 victory over Desert Mirage last week.

SUNBELT LEAGUE
Valley View (5-3, 3-0) vs. Riverside Poly (5-3, 3-0) at Riverside CC, 7 p.m.
IE Varsity info: Sole possession of first place in the league standings also will be the prize for the winner of this game. Valley View has won four straight games, including a 14-9 victory over Hemet last week. Quarterback Jesse Vega is the offensive centerpiece for the Eagles. Vega has passed for 1,102 yards and 11 touchdown and also leads the team with 605 yards and 10 scores on the ground. Cornerback Joey Ward leads the defense with three interceptions. Riverside Poly has won three straight, including a 33-27 victory over Hillcrest last week. Marjok Gustafson passed for 228 yards and three touchdowns and added a score on the ground for the Bears. Matt Henry caught eight balls for 118 yards and three scores. Benjie Mathews is a disruptive force on the defensive line and has registered 13 1/2 sacks.
