A 46-year-old Fontana man was arrested on suspicion of murder on Saturday in Pomona, the Pomona Police Department said Tuesday.
The arrest comes over a month after 29-year-old Pomona resident Daniel Jimenez was fatally shot. On March 23, he was transported to a local hospital with multiple gunshot wounds and later died. The shooting happened in the area of North Garey Avenue and West Monterey Avenue.
Frank Limon, 46, of Fontana is charged with one count of murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and the discharge of a firearm at an occupied vehicle, police said.
