The CIF Southern Section on Friday morning released pairings for the 2025 boys lacrosse playoffs.
Eleven Inland teams qualified by earning an automatic berth from their respective leagues or by receiving an at-large entry.
None finished high enough in the final rankings to be placed into the Division 1 playoffs, but five Inland teams will compete in Division 2.
Southwestern League champion Vista Murrieta will face a familiar opponent in Tuesday’s first-round match, as the Broncos square off against longtime league rival Temecula Valley, Vista Murrieta won two earlier meetings this year 11-10 and 17-5.
Big VIII League champion Santiago heads to Huntington Beach for a first-round match Tuesday. That same evening, Centennial travels to Oaks Christian, while Corona makes the trip to Palos Verdes.
King was the Big VIII League runner-up and earned the No. 4 seed in the Division 3 bracket, The Wolves also received a bye in the first round and will host Santa Barbara or Woodbridge in a second-round match Thursday night.
Four Inland teams have Division 3 first-round matches Tuesday. Chaparral hosts Northwood, Damien heads to Viewpoint, Roosevelt travels to Beckman and Riverside Poly plays at Simi Valley.
Ivy League champion Linfield Christian also received a first-round bye in Division 3. The Lions host Damien or Viewpoint on Thursday.
All matches are scheduled for 5 p.m., but dates, sites and times are subject to change.
